Nice, big hotel, a lot of staff and they were very nice and helpful. Room was big and had additional bed for the kid. Bathroom was clean and nice, had some extras like audio and additional warm up. Pool was nice especially for the summer. When we visited water was really cold because they just closed it for winter but when I called they made sure and warmed it up on the next day.

The rooms were clean, and it was nice that there was a terrace where you could enjoy dinner and drinks. I found the food to be very nice for a hotel restaurant. They offered a BBQ a few nights a week. which was very tasty. The pool was perfect for a dip in the morning or in the evening after a busy day sightseeing.

We had a very lovely stay. It was our first vacation with our baby, and everything was perfect. The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Baby Cot had a firm mattress as well. Our daughter slept very well. The bathroom provided all the necessary things, shampoo, body lotion, soap, shower gel, and conditioner. Also, the hairdryer was very, very good. Breakfast, we didn't take it, so i could not tell anything about it, but we took dinner with room service, and it was delicious. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the city. It was a perfect spot for morning coffee. There is a swimming pool as well, it's a small size, but the water was very, very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walkable to the city centre , near the park and also there is a shopping centre next to it. We will come back for sure.

The location was excellent for our needs. The reception staff are the friendly and most helpful I've encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was extremely comfortable and easy access. We was checked in earlier than the allotted time. For this we was very grateful. Thank you to Alvero who was very eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. It was. On returning from a day in Valencia it was lovely to have received a gift in the bedroom for my husband's birthday. Big thanks to staff and management. We will be back

While the room decor was satisfactory, I found the furniture slightly outdated for my preference. The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled opposite Valencia’s botanical gardens and the Nuevo Centro shopping center. Its proximity to the Túria Metro Station offers convenient access to Valencia's vibrant heart. Additionally, a leisurely walk can lead you to the historic old town. The hotel features a year-round open rooftop pool and terrace, offering a splendid city view. For fitness enthusiasts, the hotel houses a gym and sauna, ensuring an active vacation. The rooms at the NH Valencia Center are well-insulated against noise and equipped with air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style with the option to try local food as well, such as toast with tomato and olive oil, horchata and fartons. Room with a lovely view. Comfy, spacious, very clean, coffee machine, etc. very happy. I recommend the terrace for sunsets and sunrises. Bar and seating area downstairs is great for working. Staff very friendly, helpful, quick to do everything. Location was perfect. You are right by Turia and can get to local sights in 20 mins walking. Valencia’s trams are also great. It’s right by the are where conferences take place and, as you are just out of the historic centre, if you’re working in the conferences area you’ll get there quickly by taxi.

Reception staff faultless and extremely helpful, could not be better. Small rooftop pool and gym is an added bonus although there were some guests who just occupied the sun loungers without using the pool which was annoying. Rooftop bar offering food also great. Lovely views towards Old Town.

Swimming pool on the roof. Location is okay, it’s close to big trade center with supermarket and to old center of Valencia (20 min walk). There are bus station down the windows but only beeping of buses when they move back disturbed us (and we used to it), but air was clean, no any hint on traffic fumes, some nights we slept with open windows. Breakfasts were great, daugther says there were her best breakfasts ever. Great lotion in bathroom, interesting smell and good texture, I liked it very much. And hair conditioner was good. Smell gave the mood. There is the View on the city around from the roof.
